Aug 1, 2009 · Sometimes I think that if Chicago's crime issues got the publicity that NYC and LA got that maybe the city would take up some drastic measures to reduce crime. Its sad to think that kids growing up in some of the neighborhoods in the city have to worry about just staying alive rather than things like the prom or midterms.

Feb 3, 2025 · You are forgetting how the USA, with it's industrial might still intact, supplied the allies with so much of what they needed to win. Even though we got involved later on, the lend lease program allowed the allies to stand up to the nazi war machine. Without that, it's very questionable how the war would have ended.
