Called Wells Fargo and they said that there is no problem on their end. What changed in the last week (today is 8-4-22) where we can no longer get to this site. The app is working on our iphones.

May 4, 2016 · At the bottom of the page, select I don’t have this person’s sign-in information. At the bottom of the next page, select Add a user without a Microsoft account. Enter a name for the new account. If you want this person to sign in with a password, enter and verify the password, add a password hint, then select Next. Select Finish. Hope it helps.

After I found out I was being charged $15k from a Chinese company for something I didn't approve of, I got a call from the FTC. This information is needed to investigate Wells Fargo issues for Microsoft fraud claims.
