May 16, 2023 · if u get the RGB & fan hub from nzxt then u get to do this Daisy chain 3 fans in each one of the 3 fan power port (total 9 fans) + u get 6 RGB ports which u CAN'T daisy chain fans so if u have 9 fans you'll have to buy RGB & FAN hub + the normal RGB hub with the 3 port that normally comes with any 3 pack fans of nzxt. hope this helps

Nov 25, 2023 · In your case, an NZXT RGB and Fan controller would be ideal. The Kraken gains fan control from the breakout PWM connector and RGB control from the included controller but for your other fans you need a controller for CAM. Fan packs come with RGB controllers as well but the stand alone one is better.

Jul 14, 2023 · I have a PC with two NZXT fan rgb controllers. One from my kraken elite that controls the F140 core fans. This one works and shows up in cam software. The other one is used to control 6 AER RGB 2 fans. That controller does not show up in cam software. The fans are spinning and have white LED’s I just can’t address them in CAM.

Jul 20, 2023 · 1 month ago, i bought a H9 Elite and another 3 F120 RGB DUO Fans with RGB Controller. When the PC is running, a LED in the Controller is constantly on. When I turn off the PC it starts flashing All time. Especially when i want to sleep in a Dark room its really annoying. Can i somehow turn off this Light or can i fix the Problem why its flashing?

Jul 7, 2022 · I have case fans connected to the RGB and Fan controller. CAM allows me to control them based on CPU or GPU temperatures. I wish it would control fan speed based on liquid temperatures if it also detects a Kraken AIO, but it doesn't. Only fans plugged into my Z63's own fan header can be controlled from liquid temperature.

Jun 23, 2023 · I suppose yes, I'm not sure entirely though, you can control fan speed through your PC's BIOS as well, but a fan controller is much more convenient, NZXT CAM software will detect the fans connected in the controller, you can control the fan speeds through their software.

EDITED 240602 - I've added the following at the bottom of this post but am reprinting it here as it impacts my opinion / feedback of the NZXT RGB & Fan Controller! CAM is working in "PWM" Mode for the F120 "Core" fans (4-pin PWM) controlled by the pump and the F140 "Case" fans (3-pin) connected via the RGB & Fan Controller are in "DC" Mode.

Nov 19, 2023 · I was just about to build in the H9 Flow, only to realize I needed a fan controller to connect the fans that I have I have 4 F120 RGB fans, and will also be using 3 of the default black fans that come with the case (will put those at the very bottom). This totals to 7 Fans in total. I also have a Kraken 360 RGB CPU cooler/AIO

Aug 26, 2022 · If I get the NZXT fan controller I'm a little confused as to what it controls. I would basically like to plug in 7 non-rgb fans to it. Noctua fans to be exact. Can I plug them into every port of the fan controller including the ones that are marked RGB or is it just strictly the fan controller headers that I can use?
