Nov 18, 2015 · The coffee pot cleaner chemicals at the store are sodium carbonate. As in, not an acid. I use straight sodium carbonate which is "pH up" sold for pools and hot tubs. It cleans out all the nastiness from my coffee pot system. Any idea why coffee cleaners are a base but vinegar is an acid when both are supposed to do the same thing?

Nov 23, 2009 · Our use for said teapots is to have a constant source of hot water during the day, and this water comes straight from the tap [well water]. For drinking [coffee and tea], we have a separate teapot that is filled with water from the reverse osmosis system and it never gets any scale, regardless, as the water is almost completely mineral-free.

Nov 28, 2012 · Pellets are burning into a pile of grit. I have cleaned the inside of the stove, removed and cleaned all of the exhaust. Does this sound like a convection fan issue? This is my next project to clean again. 50 degrees in the house this morning :(

Jan 10, 2019 · Yes, you can have a woodstove on the second floor. You can also sleep in the second floor den. However, if you get a permit for the stove and for the conversion of a bedroom to a den, when you go to sell the place you will not be able to list that room as a a bedroom.

Where our stove is located, the boys have no reason to play near it, and since they have been around it since day one, and have been taught better, have no reason to experiment since it is as familiar as the coffee table.

Feb 2, 2022 · - As I stated above, I just removed the carbon in the burn pot, vacuumed out the hopper, and the fines box. I also added graphite powder to about a coffee can full of pellets and put that in the hopper first. I am about to do this again with the hope that the God of Pellet Stoves shines upon me.
