Our Boat Broker in Pittwater (just north of Sydney) when we sold our boat there in 2017 was a bit of a local legend as he had sailed a Hobie 18 to Hobart and his own home built engineless 31ft Catamaran (similar to a Reynolds 33) to San Francisco with his wife.

Jul 20, 2006 · If I were to have one built, I'd have Chris provide me with the plans of my boat (it's the only one as far as I know). It's got 20% larger amas, carbon rig, foils etc. The mods at this point would be better shaped foils, an additional 10-20% more volume in the amas (speak with the designer about this) and go up in sail area (as I did by 20%).
