More powerful hardware, game pass with promising first party output starting this year, less gimmicky controller, better console availability at the moment, friends or family made the switch so they followed suit, maybe they're buying a PS5 later as well, etc.

Hi! Got my first Xbox 360. But I need a little help with a few
I just got my first Xbox 360. It appears to be a Jasper model. Upon powering up it did a regular boot sequence and it did not give me the RROD. I noticed two issues in the start. It did give me an image ocassionally and it would throw a black/blank screen via HDMI. I took it apart gave it a good clean put new thermal paste on.
