Reach did over 5M in September ($350M). 4 was the fastest selling game in the US for the first FY, meaning it was outdoing Halo 3. It did over 4M week 1. The Halo 5 number is also shipped (just like every other number).

Dec 15, 2021 · But hot damn did Halo: Reach fix all those issues for me. Now I played Reach before ODST and so didn't realize that Bungie had basically already started crafting more interesting character stories, but Reach is ODST perfected in terms of pure story and character.

Jul 17, 2023 · Halo 3. Its campaign is peak Halo. Reach was pretty consistent throughout, but it never hit the same highs as Halo 3. There wasn't anything that was comparable to the Scarab battles. Tonally, Reach was also a bit too dark and serious for my liking. I get that's what they were going for, but I just prefer what came before it.

Sep 22, 2018 · Honestly, the only reason I wouldn't want Halo MCC to be on PC now is so people will support Xenia. There is just a lack of interest for a Xbox emulator, and Halo is probably the only way to keep the scene alive. I can't wait for the Halo games to be fully playable and the whole thing blows up.

Might also mean Halo 5 along with Halo MCC could be planned for Switch 2/PS5 going off other rumors. Could also just be a random mistake but imo, seems like a lot of extra effort to mistakenly list Halo 5 when Xbox is a partner for Lenovo

The content is said to date back all the way to 1998 at Bungie, when the developers had just released Myth II: Soulblighter and were working on Oni and Halo: Combat Evolved.

Aug 1, 2020 · Halo 3 is probably my absolute favorite. As much as I have massive nostalgia googoo eyes for Halo 2, Halo 3 is just perfection imo. Halo Reach is a lot closer to more modern games so you might jive with it more. It's almost proto-Destiny in that it feels like a halfway point between what came before and what Bungie went on to do after.
