I'm using this now on 2nd day hair after I spritz it with water. I don't remember why, but I long ago stopped using it on freshly washed hair.

Aug 17, 2024 · I always use an eyeshadow primer. Since I have oily eyelids, the best for me has been Ulta's cream shadow with the doe foot applicator & bion, Elf's primer. The Elf primer is a drier cream formula and it works well for me. My two favorite eye brighteners are pixi and Becca. Both work great. I'm liking this new makeup trend of less is more.
