Jan 14, 2025 · Flags across America have been flying at half-staff since the death of former President Jimmy Carter on Dec. 29, 2024. Governor Ron DeSantis said the flags in Florida will return to half-staff on Tuesday, Jan. 21, to honor President Carter’s service per the ongoing Presidential Proclamation.
