New Alliance FCU's Back to School Backpack Bonanza! Join us for a day of food, fun, and prizes as we help local Ambridge Area School District students gear up for the new school year! Students in grades K-5 will receive a FREE backpack filled with essential school supplies to kick off the next academic year.

We're on a mission to equip our students with the supplies necessary to conquer the academic world. Backpacks of all kinds, cool lunch bags and a treasure trove of FREE school supplies that will have you shouting Eureka!

Jul 25, 2024 · New Alliance Federal Credit Union is hosting the "Back to School Backpack Bonanza," an event aimed at supporting Ambridge Area School District students. The event will distribute free backpacks filled with school supplies to students in grades K-5 to prepare them for the upcoming school year.

Aug 17, 2024 · The credit union gave away over 600 backpacks filled with school supplies and provided free haircuts, sports physicals, eye screenings, as well as free hot dogs, drinks, snow cones, live music, face painting, and more.

Oct 25, 2024 · The Backpack Program, which is part of the Heartland United Way, provides nearly 600 students with food during the weekend when school lunches are not being served.

Through its Backpacks for Bright Futures sponsorship, it has donated backpacks and essential school supplies to more than 26,000 incoming kindergarteners. In 2022, the credit union upped its commitment.

Some contribute new backpacks, notebooks, pens, crayons, colored pencils and other supplies, others send a check to help purchase these items, or organize a neighborhood or workplace drive to collect them.

Maui County Federal Credit Union (FCU) is holding school supply and backpack drives at its branches in Lahaina and Wailuku from June 13 until July 15, 2022. These events will support The Salvation Army Maui’s annual efforts to provide backpacks filled with school supplies for Maui’s children in need.

Aug 31, 2024 · SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union, the largest credit union in California and the largest serving school employees and their families, today announced it delivered 2,925 backpacks filled with school supplies – including pencils, erasers, notebooks and other necessities – to 12 county offices of education throughout California.

Aug 14, 2024 · Kinecta Federal Credit Union hosted its 15th Annual Back-to-School Backpack Drive on August 10th to help students prepare for the 2024-2025 school year. More than 600 students received backpacks filled with various school supplies.
