Borealis heeft vier productiesites in België en Nederland: in Antwerpen, Beringen, Geleen (NL) en Kallo en een dienstencentrum in Mechelen met in totaal ongeveer 1400 medewerkers. In Beringen heeft Borealis twee polypropyleen (PP) fabrieken en een compoundingfabriek met een totale polyolefinenproductiecapaciteit van 385.000 ton per jaar.
