WEBI used it on PC for a while, and think it works really well as long as I'm using an ethernet cable. You can try it for free for 7 days, so do check it out if you're not sure. While there is input-lag, I didn't think it was too bad. Managed to play through both Spider-man and Bloodborne without the input-lag being the big problem.

WEBAug 24, 2021 — I found a workaround that worked for me to finally get this installed. I had to google up an older version of the installer for PS Now, as the 11.7 version is the one that just refuses to install. I found a safe installer for the 11.0 version, installed it, PS Now updated itself, and now I'm able to play my games on Win 10.
