They're around 6' 8" it seems, as Jorge is a Spartan II and the IIs were described as being 2 meters at least. 2 meters to my possibly incorrect memory is around 6' 10" and Jorge is certainly more than a couple inches taller than the other members of Noble, though his height is hard to determine as he could well be around 7' 8" for all we know.
What if Noble Six had escaped in the Pillar of Autumn?
If Noble 6 didn't damage that cruiser then it would have easily shot down the Pillar of Autumn before she could leave Reach. Either way Noble 6 was dead, those Marines would have been dead, Cortana would have been destroyed or left to rot, Master Chief, would be dead, and so on. However I do wish Noble 6 would have gone out further.
