Mr. Alexander’s brother, Oren Alexander, was granted a hearing extension by a judge in Miami. A third brother, Tal Alexander, was denied bail on related charges in December.

Real estate broker Oren Alexander and his twin brother Alon will remain in custody following an initial court appearance in Miami.

The brothers were charged in New York with luring, drugging and violently raping dozens of women over more than a decade.
