The Free Legal Assistance Group (FLAG) on Tuesday urged the Supreme Court (SC) to revisit its decision declaring the articles of impeachment against Vice President Sara Duterte unconstitutional, warning that it could create a “dangerous precedent” for holding the highest-ranking public officials accountable.

MANILA: Senate President Francis Escudero said fellow senators agreed in a caucus on Tuesday (July 29) to decide on the Supreme Court's ruling — which voided the impeachment articles against Vice President Sara Duterte — next week.
