At least 18 people were injured, including three critically, in a stabbing attack at a train station in Germany on Friday, authorities said.

A stabbing attack at the busy central train station in the German city of Hamburg left multiple people injured, some of them in life-threatening condition, authorities said.

A suspect in the attack was arrested, police said in a post on the social network X on Friday evening.

Flavio Cobolli defeated Andrey Rublev 6-2, 6-4 in the final of the Hamburg Open on Saturday for his second title of the season.
