Republican gubernatorial candidate Mark Robinson has adjusted his ongoing defamation lawsuit against CNN, according to court documents recently obtained by Channel 9.

North Carolina Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson and his legal team amended his lawsuit against CNN which now seeks an excess of $25,000 in damages.

Lieutenant Governor Mark Robinson is still aiming to sue defendants for $50 million but under state legislature, the dollar amount received is up to a jury.

This is significantly less than the $50 million Robinson and his legal team announced last week. The Buccaneers lost both of their star receivers to injury on Monday night. The NCAA Football Playing Rules Committee is actively “engaged” in examining Oregon's controversial play for possible action.
