Manuel Perez, 49, and Francisco Corocoj, 25, were cuffed Friday and charged with manslaughter for the fatal assault on 38-year-old Cos Jervis Jonas Ajpuac.

Police said two homeless men were attacked while they were sleeping in a ShopRite parking lot in Brooklyn – with one beaten so badly, he died in the hospital weeks later. According to NYPD officials, 38-year-old Jervin Jonas Ajpuac Cos was sleeping outside the supermarket on McDonald Avenue in Mapleton on Sept. 18, next to another 42-year-old man.

Police are searching for two men in connection to a fatal parking lot attack in Brooklyn on Sept. 18. The incident happened around 7 p.m. in the Shop Rite supermarket parking lot at 1080 McDonald Avenue,

Tristan Matthews, 31, was arrested Wednesday for the Sept. 15 slaying and charged with manslaughter, gang assault and weapon possession.

Police say Francisco Corocoj, 25, and Manuel Perez, 49, approached two homeless men outside of the Shop Rite in Borough Park with metal pipes and a baseball bat.
