Tesla’s fast-charging network will offer more than 21,000 Superchargers to Mercedes-Benz owners, who will need to buy a $185 adapter.
Mercedes-Benz said that its electric vehicles will be able to access Tesla’s Supercharger network starting in February.
Tesla doesn’t list its average base rate for Supercharging, but a quick look around its map has rates ranging from $0.25 to $0.60 per kWh. Let’s average that out to $0.43/kWh.
