The only real complaint is having ‘Raiders’ twice from the logo and the top of the hat. However, given the name is part of the logo to begin with, that is something most people can just shrug off.

The only thing that differentiates the Raiders' hat from the rest of them is the lack of a city name at the bottom. Instead, Las Vegas opted to put "There's Only One Nation" under the logo.
