Instacart has developed a new rewards debit card for its “Shoppers,” the contract employees who pick and deliver orders.

Lottery officials announced Tuesday that players in South Carolina will be able to purchase tickets with a debit card.

The $0-annual-fee Wells Fargo Active Cash earns 2% cash back on all purchases. Its welcome offer sets it apart from other cards earning 2% back.
