The Kindle Scribe includes the Premium Pen which has a customizable shortcut button and a soft-tipped eraser that writes naturally with no lag. The pen just works, requiring no charging or setup at all, allowing you to write directly on the book page and create space for your notes using Active Canvas.

I really like the Scribe, pricey and limited though it may be. The question is whether you should choose an iPad instead.
