For the 119th time since Jimmy Butler joined Miami, the Heat were set to play a game without him. This is different from the others.

The Miami Heat have suspended Jimmy Butler for seven games for “multiple instances of conduct detrimental to the team” and announced they are “listening to offers” for the All-Star forward eight days after team president Pat Riley publicly said the team “ will not trade ” Butler.

Many are divided on if they support Jimmy Butler’s request to ask out, or if they should back the Miami Heat, who he is currently against. Regardless, Butler’s time in Miami shouldn’t be questioned as anything other than a success.
