After weeks of protests and negotiations, the Brooklyn Museum and District Council 37 have reached a breakthrough agreement to prevent layoffs for nearly 50 workers.

Ricardo Scofidio, who cofounded the Diller Scofidio + Renfro architecture practice, has died.
