WWE Superstar Randy Orton faced rising star Je’Von Evans in a highly anticipated match on the latest edition of NXT. A few weeks ago, WWE NXT General Manager Ava announced Orton’s return to the show,

Randy Orton defeated Je'Von Evans on the October 8th episode of NXT. Orton won the match with an RKO, but didn't quite catch him with one out of nowhere. Orton tried to catch Evans with the RKO as Evans went for his twisting moonsault, but just missed with it. Orton ended up picking Evans up and hitting a regular RKO for the victory.

During the main event of last night’s episode of WWE NXT, Je’Von Evans botched what was supposed to be an RKO out of nowhere spot, jumping off the turnbuckle for a corkscrew, but failing to align correctly with Randy Orton’s arms.

Randy Orton defeated Je'Von Evans in the "Apex Predator's" "WWE NXT" debut, but showed respect to the rookie following his victory.

NXT GM Ava announced that Wes Lee, Ethan Page, and Je'Von Evans will compete in a triple threat match on the October 15th episode of NXT. The winner will challenge Trick Williams for the NXT Championship at NXT Halloween Havoc.
