Intel's newly announced Core Ultra CPUs bring improved performance and AI capabilities to both laptops and desktops at CES this year.

So far, we’ve seen Intel Core Ultra 200V impress in thin and light laptops like the Asus Zenbook S14. And now at CES 2025, Intel is taking it to the next level with the debut of 200U for budget-end systems, 200HX for bleeding edge gaming systems, and 200H for a nice middle ground.

Intel’s Core Ultra 200H and 200HX processors represent a bold leap forward for mobile gaming and content creation, setting a new benchmark for performance and efficiency.

Intel has pulled back the curtain on "Arrow Lake" mobile silicon in the U, H, and HX series for the new year, focusing on increased power profiles and less on AI. Plus: "Lunar Lake" gets vPro.

Intel Corp. today expanded its product portfolio with more than a dozen new processors geared toward the laptop market. The chips are joining the company’s Core Ultra 200 product line, which debuted last year.

Intel took the opportunity to unveil its next line of laptop processors, dubbed Arrow Lake. The chipmaker focused on energy consumption and performance for these chips, leaving the AI muscle to the existing Core Ultra 200V (Lunar Lake) series.
