Palm Beach Atlantic University has agreed to scale back plans for a massive parking garage in West Palm after scathing criticism from city’s mayor.

A Palm Beach County man was arrested after three dogs were dragged by a pickup truck. The suspect, Lorenzo Franco-Alcocer, 40, of Lake Worth, was arrested.
