The Las Vegas Raiders have had a major shake up this offseason so far. Owner Mark Davis with the help of minority owner Tom Brady have brought in two key people

New Raiders coach Pete Carroll followed through on his pledge to retain some assistants from last year's staff. Two of the three coordinators were on the staff under previous coach Antonio Pierce — Patrick Graham on defense and Tom McMahon on special teams.

The Raiders announced their full coaching staff Tuesday. The staff includes both of Pete Carroll's sons, Brennan as the run game coordinator/offensive line coach and Nate as the assistant quarterbacks coach.

The Las Vegas Raiders have a new head coach. Pete Carroll will now be the one that will do his best to turn things around in Vegas. Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh spoke about Carroll returning.

The newest member of the Raiders coaching staff is assistant offensive line coach Andy Dickerson who coached with Pete Carroll in Seattle.
