King Charles and Queen Camilla will undertake a state visit to Italy and the Vatican in April, Buckingham Palace has announced. It will mark Charles and Camilla’s second overseas tour since the monarch’s cancer diagnosis last February.

After a coronation ceremony two years ago hailed as an interreligious novelty and progressively open-minded, King Charles III and Queen Camilla of England will make their first official visit to the Vatican in April.
