Here's why Texas football WR Isaiah Bond decided to leave Alabama and transfer to the Longhorns this offseason:

On Tuesday, wide receiver Isaiah Bond declared for the draft, per ESPN's Pete Thamel. It's a major loss for a program expected to be a national title contender again next season.

Bond joins several other Longhorns to declare for the draft, including receiver Matthew Golden and running back Jaydon Blue.

The Texas Longhorns’ season ended last week when they lost 28-14 to the Ohio State Buckeyes in the Cotton Bowl. Since then, a handful of top Texas players have announced their intentions to leave the school and enter the NFL Draft.
