Windows XP had clipbrd.exe, also known as the Clipboard Viewer or the ClipBook Viewer, which could be used to see what was saved on your clipboard.
We might forget about this feature because the previous version, called "ClipBook Viewer," was removed with Windows Vista.
The ClipBook Viewer is used to view the information you have copied to the Clipboard or to store information that you can use again. Windows XP has a little known holding area called the ClipBook.
