A truck in Boston’s Chinatown neighborhood hit multiple pedestrians, sending four of them to the hospital. Police say it appears to be accidental.

A truck that crashed onto a sidewalk and into a building in Boston’s Chinatown neighborhood on Tuesday, injuring six people, did not appear to have been intentionally driven off the road, city officials said as they investigated the incident.

A box truck went off the road and onto a Chinatown sidewalk yesterday, flipping over and injuring the driver and pedestrians. The crash occurred at 12:48pm near the intersection of Kneeland Street and Harrison Avenue according to Boston officials.

Boston police and fire officials said that a truck reportedly struck several poles and was wedged between a pole and a building.
