Pittsburgh Steelers will need to fill their quarterback room for the 2025 NFL season and will make a crucial decision on the future of Justin Fields and Russell Wilson, both of whom will become free agents.

Although Wilson has the Super Bowl experience many teams would desire at the QB position, his 36-year-old age could steer the Steelers toward the direction of Fields, who turns 26 in March.

Steelers owner Art Rooney II said his "preference" is to sign either Justin Fields or Russell Wilson, but it's "unlikely" the team brings back both quarterbacks.
