A new luxury apartment complex took one step closer to becoming a reality in Leonardtown Monday when the town’s planning and zoning commission approved a concept site plan in a split vote.

Two apartment buildings, one of them with a bar, would replace the Spaghetti Warehouse building on West Broad Street.
