The Las Vegas Raiders have hired Pete Carroll as their next head coach and now he'll be tasked with filling out his coaching staff. According to a report, one of his former assistants with the Seattle Seahawks appears to be a favorite for the offensive coordinator job.

With Pete Carroll now at the helm as head coach and John Spytek as general manager, the Las Vegas Raiders are assembling a coaching staff to reshape their future. A frontrunner for the offensive coordinator position has already emerged: Miami Dolphins quarterbacks coach Darrell Bevell.

The word “culture” will be thrown around a lot when Carroll and Spytek are introduced, but "continuity" might be the bigger word.
