The Titans plan to hire Chiefs assistant general manager Mike Borgonzi to replace Ran Carthon as their next general manager.

Chiefs assistant GM Mike Borgonzi is set to take over the Titans’ front office, as NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero first reported. While ESPN’s Adam Schefter cautions a deal is not yet done, this news points toward Tennessee’s GM vacancy being filled with plenty of time left in the offseason.

Mike Borgonzi is off the market, and New York will need to continue to look for their top general manager candidate.
