SARASOTA—For years, both in the minors and the majors, Cedric Mullins was part of an outfield alignment with Austin Hays and Anthony Santander. Last July 26th, the Orioles traded Hays to the Philadelphia Phillies in the deal that brought reliever Seranthony Domínguez to the Orioles.

Cedric Mullins is the last man standing, and running, among the trio of young outfielders who made their way from the minors to Camden Yards.Austin Hays was traded to the Phillies last summer and he signed with the Reds as a free agent.
