T he Washington Capitals got their voice back during Friday night's home game against the Red Wings, as the legendary Wes Johnson reunited with his team after recovering from a medical emergency.

Wes Johnson, the longtime arena announcer for the Washington Capitals, was taken to the hospital earlier this month following a medical emergency moments before. WJLA – Washington D.C.

An online fundraiser raised more than $176,000 to help Johnson's family and cover his medical expenses, as well as the time he won't be able to work.
