Justin Simpson, son of O.J. Simpson, is being sued by his late father’s estate over the status of his Las Vegas house, according to a lawsuit filed on January 6. O.J., who died in April 2024 at age 76,

According to the estate's attorney, Malcolm Lavergne, Justin Simpson allegedly moved into his dad's home after his death.

It is alleged that Justin Simpson is refusing to move out of his late father’s Las Vegas residence or compensate the estate.
