Former Geneva American Legion Post Commander Dale Henry Mosher has been indicted for grand larceny after prosecutors said he stole more than $100,000 from the organization for more than six years.
N.Y. — The Ontario County District Attorney’s Office held a press conference Tuesday announcing the indictment of a former commander accused of stealing funds from the Geneva American Legion.
Geneva was a member of the American Legion and AARP local chapter. She was an excellent seamstress, making all of her square dance dresses and even owning a square dance apparel shop for many years.
