The Chicago area will continue to see bitterly cold temperatures and wind chills, but a warm-up is on the way for later this week.

ROBBINS, Ill. (CBS) -- A vehicle was struck by a Metra train in south suburban Robbins Monday afternoon, right before the start of the afternoon rush. Metra reported Rock Island District Line train 419, scheduled to arrive in Joliet at 4:02 p.m., hit a vehicle in Robbins.

It was not clear how the vehicle ended up on the tracks to be hit by a train in Robbins. Kris Habermehl reports from CBS Skywatch.
