The man dubbed "Bridge Guy" has long been considered the suspect in the murders of the two teens. Prosecutors have claimed that Richard Allen, charged with murder, was the man seen on the trail.

Three witnesses who were on the Monon High Bridge trail the day Libby and Abby were killed, including one who said she was best friends with Libby's older sister, testified Tuesday that a man they saw on the trail is "Bridge Guy" — the primary suspect depicted in a grainy photo police later shared to aid their investigation.

DELPHI, Ind. — So far in the Delphi murders case, jurors reviewed graphic crime scene pictures, testimony from eyewitnesses, and a video that murdered teenager 14-year-old Liberty German captured of her own abduction.

Sarah Carbaugh testified that she decided to drive on County Road 300 North, by the Monon High Bridge trail entrance, on the afternoon of Feb. 13, 2017. It was a beautiful day and she was off work, she said, so she decided to scope out how many people were using the trail.

The graphic pictures shocked the court room and the jury. Some photos showed a close up of Libby's slashed throat and bloody face. The jury was clearly uncomfortable with seeing the images and there were audible gasps in the courtroom. The families of Libby and Abby were also in the gallery crying.

Richard Allen, 52, is facing two counts of murder in connection with the killings of Abby Williams and Libby German.

Tuesday was the first time prosecutors revealed a portion of the video that shows a man who they allege is Richard Allen.

An Indiana jury was shown a longer version of the infamous video taken from the phone of one of the slain teenagers in the Delphi murders case. The trial of Richard Allen, 52, entered its fourth day of testimony on Tuesday and included the previously unseen video.
