Samsung has announced a new trade-in program for Galaxy devices that gives you access to trade in benefits without forcing you to buy a new phone.

The Korean company announced today that it will launch a new trade-in program that doesn’t require the purchase of a new handset. The “Galaxy Easy Compensation” scheme will pay Korean Galaxy phone owners money for their old device, with values fluctuating depending on the condition. Crucially, no purchase of a new phone is needed.

Samsung has now launched its Galaxy Easy Reward programme, where the company wants to buy its users’ old smartphones, Digital Trends reports. Unlike various trade-in programmes for mobile phones, Galaxy Easy Reward does not require the user to buy a new phone.
