The Parker LORD plant in Saegertown is now in recovery mode as borough manager Chuck Lawrence said emergency operations at the site have been terminated in a public notice to the community.

UPDATE (12:55 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 9): Residents in the Saegertown area told JET-24 reporters that they heard large boom sounds preceding visible smoke and fire at the LORD Corporation plant.
