On April 7, for every regular-priced prom or social dress purchased in-store and on macys.com, Macy’s will donate a new prom dress (up to 5,600) to Becca’s Closet to give to a girl in need.

On Saturday, March 26, for every prom dress purchased, Macy’s will donate a prom dress to Operation PROM, which provides formalwear to students who are in financial need, homeless, sick or disabled.

As the novel coronavirus pandemic hit, events like proms were canceled – and stores like Macy's Roseville ended up with a lot of extra dresses. Now, the store is putting them to good use.
