A former lawyer who drank more than a litre of wine before crashing into and killing a man has been jailed for eight years.

Greene Township Constable Mark D. Biletnikoff appealed an order from Erie County President Judge Joseph M. Walsh III that prohibits Biletnikoff from wearing his uniform during non-judicial work.
