Around 8:38 p.m., crews were called to the area of Childs and Warner Roads on a report of a train that was fully engulfed in flames.

Firefighters worked to extinguish a locomotive train that caught on fire in St. Paul Tuesday night. No injuries were reported.

The St. Paul Fire Department said the fire was first reported just before 9 p.m. in the area of Childs Road and Warner Road, sparking the closure of Warner Road as crews attended the fire affecting a Canadian Pacific train.
