The Hope Florida Foundation is operating as a “direct support organization” under state law, but apparently not complying with any of the provisions of that law, the House analysis notes.

Last September, Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration launched a website opposing Amendment 4, which would have protected abortion access and undone the state’s six-week abortion ban.
