The world No. 4 started to stretch his hip and glutes out as the match went on. And he received a medical time-out to treat the area while trailing 5-6 on serve in the second set.

Novak Djokovic is into the Shanghai Masters final and stands one victory from his 100th career title. With his 6-4, 7-6 (6) victory over U.S. Open runner-up Taylor Fritz, the 37-year-old Serb advanced to the final against world No. 1 Jannik Sinner on Sunday. Sinner earlier beat Tomas Machac, 6-4, 7-5.
