The first domino of Duke's likley offseason overhaul fell on Wednesday when star freshman Kon Knueppel officially declared for the 2025 NBA Draft. Knueppel is the first Blue Devils player to announce his draft decision.

Cooper Flagg and the Duke Blue Devils had the Final Four win over Houston secured for the first 39 minutes. But a final-minute collapse led to a premature ending to the 2024-25 season for Duke. Duke was unable to score a point in the final 1:13, allowing the Cougars to go on a 9-0 run in the final 33 seconds to take the lead and secure the win.

Duke's Cooper Flagg is the consensus No. 1 pick in the 2025 NBA Draft for a reason, but these prospects could surpass him in the end.
